All About Lives

We are a dedicated group of volunteers who started our first project in Cambodia, training staff at an anti-trafficking organization in CPR and First Aid.

Our mission is to equip individuals in underserved areas with essential life-saving skills, focusing primarily on organizations and charities in developing countries.

We believe that everyone should have access to this vital knowledge.

Training

CPR and first aid training empower individuals to respond effectively during emergencies, potentially saving lives.

These skills enable prompt action in situations like cardiac arrest, choking, or injury, improving outcomes until professional medical help arrives.

  • The course teaches the basic principles of CPR used for adults, children and infants during an emergency situation. This life saving skills can increase a patient’s chance of survival from a cardiac arrest.

  • First aid provides immediate assistance and care to individuals who are injured or suddenly become ill before professional medical help arrives.
It helps prevent further injury or deterioration of health, promotes recovery, and can even save lives in critical situations.
Additionally, first aid knowledge empowers individuals to respond effectively to emergencies, enhancing overall community safety and well-being.

  • Knowing how to rescue someone when they're choking is vital, it can save lives by quickly restoring airflow, preventing brain damage, reducing panic, and providing immediate relief.

  • AED training is crucial as it teaches individuals how to use automated external defibrillators effectively during sudden cardiac arrest. This knowledge can significantly improve survival rates by promptly restoring the heart's normal rhythm.
